I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the Zamp controller that is mounted on the inside wall terminates on the battery side of the connection. I pulled the controller off the wall and tried in vain to follow the connection. It does not appear to me that the red and black wire terminate directly to the battery. I tried tracing them to the electric panel as well, but I did not see them there. I checked the underside, and did not see them there either. I question as to whether mine are charging the battery at all.

did you ever get any info on where the Zamp wires terminate? I've also got a charging problem and was wondering how to troubleshoot the controller.

I believe that I have the same problem. The battery only seems to charge when it's connected to the tow vehicle.
It does not appear to get a charge from the solar panel. I would like to know how to fix this issue.
I had to finally take mine to a different dealer over the fall last year. Dealer found a wire not connected properly between the panel and battery. No issues since that fix.
