Just bought an used Little Guy 5 wide and to our dismay found the floor rotted and black mold need to replace. Anyone have any helpful tips?

@melbaugh I did a Google search for Little Guy floor rot, and there were some things that might help, although the articles were not specific for Little Guy.

Leaking scares me, but keep it in garage and hope that washing it won't make it leak.

No worries on leak previous owner made some modifications that caused the leaks. Mounted handles with bolts and nuts going through front wall. Did not seal the outside nuts so water penetrated there. I have removed handles and sealed holes with rtv. Leak fixed just got to replace floor!

I have a 2005 Little Guy 5 Wide that had a small area of floor rot at the front. I bolted a piece of plywood under that area with plenty of caulking. Then poured epoxy resin into the rotted area.
