2013 5 wide, seems to be in good shape no water dAmage, need new fan, and some windows may need some new rubber soon, curious what to offer, they are asking 12000 Canadian.

Thats close to $9,600 in American. Kind of depends on how bad you want one. I'd say it's a little much but could be worse. It looks quite dirty on the back. It's good it was stored inside.
