Hi all,  I am new to this and trying to figure out how to post a question.  LOL.  My husband and I just bought a 2021 Little Guy Max.  What grill do you purchase to mount on the outside?  Any problems with using a grill mounted to the camper?

thanks

Tamie (Ruzfam)

I just got the Weber 1200 grill.

Go to MB Sturgis.com to get the conversion kit so you can attach to the propane input on the Little Guy Max.

No. We have a table we put it on.

Don't cook next to the trailer

Very nice to know, thank you Mike.

We love our little Coleman portable but no matter what you do, it will not connect up to the outside propane attachment, so be sure to talk to someone who knows for sure what attaches and what does not. (like Mike...).  We use small bottled propane and a Tailgater Tire Table ( https://www.etrailer.com/Camping-Table/Tire-Table/TT74FR.html?feed=npn&msclkid=cbcb7214df8b13184e23160c91ef4fb0) from etrailer.com

We love it.  Here is one recommendation though, when using a grill on your tire table attached to your LGM wheel, keep your side window closed.  The smoke from the grill will set off the smoke alarm inside...... The use of bottled propane allows us to move our BBQ Grill around as necessary and away from the trailer if you want.  Enjoy your new camper Tamie.

I never wanted the heat and smoke next to my trailer.  Picnic tables are usually too far away.  So, have tried numerous tables.  The tire table is cute, but it is low enough that my dog could reach it and get hurt, so I haven't taken it lately.  I finally got one with all legs adjustable because I rarely have flat ground.  The brand is Portal; the legs fold and it has a folding top and it all fits in a bag.  They come in two sizes.  It's a nuisance for me to take a table, but I can also set it out of reach of the dog, so he won't get wound  around it.  I have another, bigger table, but it is heavy and spendy and wish I hadn't bought it.  I have not been using a grill much, but don't cook messy stuff in the galley, so have a small Coleman grill and a Jetboil Genesis folding stove that is very nice.

Go to MB Sturgis.com. They hooked me up with the right conversion kit

Also, get the kit that converts to use little green cans
