I just picked my 2021 LG Max RR.  The dealer, who shall remain nameless for the moment, did a quick inspection, if any at all.  They did an abbreviated walkthrough with me.  Suffice it to say the process was a bit of a cluster.

Upon arriving home after a 5 hour drive from the dealer, I was closing all the shades and discovered that neither day or night shades move more than 10 inches in their track.  As the rear window is a signature feature of this trailer, and is very large, I now do not have any privacy, at least from these shades.

Has anyone else had this issue?  How did you resolve it?  Did the dealer fix it or replace it?  Did the manufacturer get involved and what was that experience like?

First comment, the dealer should have shown you ALL shades work at the walk through, hence, their issue to fix.  I would start there.  I know, I know, most dealers are difficult to deal with (being kind).  Mine were wrinkled and folded improperly.  I went in there by hand an refolded each and closed them tight so they would re-fold at the proper places.  Then I opened by hand and extended the shade.  Not quite as bad as what you are experiencing I presume.  One thing you will begin to figure out, you will need to become your own service department.  Not hard, but it sure is easier than taking it back in.

My first suggestion is to take it back to the dealer, there is a warranty or look for a closer dealer that can fix these things.  The windows are not uncommon.  Experience in the past with calling the manufacturer has been fruitless, but you can try.  There is a service number on their website  https://golittleguy.com/ , and a Support button.  Sorry I can't be of more help.  Good Luck.

Thanks for your feedback.  The dealer (Jerry's Camping Center in Madison Wisconsin) is a total joke.  They were still working on the trailer when I arrived, even though they knew 4 days in advance and agree to have it ready.  It was dirty on the outside and almost as dirty on the inside.

I have contacted the manufacturer and they assure me they want to make me happy.  Have not heard back from them, but it has only been a couple of days.  The build quality on this trailer is questionable.  Best I can tell, the rear window frame is installed off center, which is something I don't think I can fix.  There are a lot of other items - seal around the window above the sink is installed incorrectly, drawer won't stay closed under any circumstances, molding around the door installed incorrectly, etc.

What is the point of having a warranty if I have to do all the work?  Unfortunately, I am almost 300 miles from the selling dealer, so taking it back to them is not practical, and I wouldn't trust those clowns to tie my shoe.  I will try to work with a local dealer for warranty, but I have heard horror stories about "you didn't buy it here" and the RV sits there for months.

At this point, I think I have made a very expensive mistake.

At this point then, I would stick with the manufacturer to see what can be done and where.  There are numerous places that have the LG trailers on their lot and if LG tells them to do something, they usually do.  There is a "locator" on their main page, try that and see if there is one closer to you.  Without looking at your trailer, it does sound like a quality build issue from LG on a number of accounts.  RVs & trailers unlike cars, don't work on the same page with regard to warranties.  They should but they don't.  My comments on becoming your own service provider are for those issues you can fix, not the catastrophic ones you may be having.  You will see over the life of the unit that you will become an expert in maintenance and service.  Just happens to be the way it is when you have a rolling house flying down the highway.   We have enjoyed our LGM, stick with the manufacturer and get these things taken care of and my hope is you will then see there are not too many units like these on the road.
