Have a 2019 Mini Max purchased in May of 2019. Great trailer until you need a repair, nothing major but should be done. For example had a solar panel replacement sent to me but our selling dealer does not represent Liberty/Extreme anymore. They want to be paid by me, since they say Liberty owes them money for warranty work performed.
Even though Extreme approved to pay labor no other Liberty /Extreme dealer will work us in. They always ask “did you buy it from us.”
Liberty/Extreme says bring to a dealer, but a dealer puts you on the back burner if you did not buy it from them.
So have approval for labor have parts, any suggestions to resolve?
